Top industry honour for Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd apprentice

As part of our ongoing commitment to training and development, we take on four apprentices each year, two in brickwork and two in joinery. We sponsor apprentices through local colleges, such as Leeds College of Building or Calderdale College, depending on the location of the young person’s home. The apprenticeship usually involves attending college one day a week.
Apprentices can work towards NVQ qualifications up to Level III, and if they wish can continue their education with our support, up to HND level and beyond. This provides a fantastic opportunity to work and learn at the same time.
Our aim is to develop a young person’s skills and retain them within our business, offering career advancement as their skills progress.
