From our Head Office in Leeds, we offer clients a wealth of experience and expertise across a wide variety of sectors including office, industrial, retail, leisure, health, education, private residential, social and affordable housing and PFI.
Schemes range between £500k to £12m within a 25-mile radius of Leeds and we have substantial experience of delivering partnered schemes for a range of clients, utilising design & build and traditional methods of construction on a tendered and negotiated basis.
We are particularly proud of the excellent relationships we have developed with our clients and associated professional practices over a number of years. We believe we are extremely well respected for the quality of the work we produce, the manner in which we conduct ourselves and our ability to deliver value for money. We believe in a client-focused service with dedicated senior members of the company taking a 'hands-on' personal approach to each individual scheme.
We are proud of our Yorkshire heritage and are committed to developing the local area. We employ all our own bricklayers and joiners continuing a long tradition of craftsmanship that has been established within the company. We also uphold our founder's commitment to recruit new apprentices every year in brickwork and joinery.

We have substantial knowledge of all forms of contract procurement including JCT Design and Build, JCT IFC, PPC and NEC. We promote early contractor involvement to offer risk analysis, design input, planning and programming, and value engineering. We endeavour to be proactive in our approach and adaptable to change.
