Chairman
Graham is the son of Jack Lunn, the founder of the Jack Lunn Group. He has an established wealth of experience in the property & construction sectors and leads the company with a ‘hands-on’ approach.
He holds strategic responsibility for leading the board, overseeing the company’s vision and strategy, and all regulatory and compliance matters. Graham sets the board’s agenda, facilitating the effective contribution of non-executive directors. He is charged with ensuring effective communication with the company’s shareholders and ensures the long-term sustainability of the business.
Stephen Bradbury
Managing Director
Stephen has over 30 years' experience with highly complex construction and civil engineering projects worth up to £20m. He joined the company in 2004 and, in addition to running the construction business, Stephen oversees pre- and post-contract management, including tender submissions, on-site contract management, quality control, and health and safety. He combines a high level of specialist hands-on experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
Stephen holds a degree and ONC in civil engineering, and is both a Corporate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a chartered civil engineer.

Andrew Lunn
Construction Director
Andrew has a broad knowledge of the construction industry and is well versed in all forms of contract. He has a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including office, industrial, retail, leisure, residential, health and education, managing new build and refurbishment project values up to £12m.
As a grandson of the company founder, Andrew is committed to the business and endeavours to ensure the company performs to the highest standards, often exceeding clients' and consultants' expectations. He has an overall responsibility for on-site management of all contracts, quality control, health and safety and the management of internal and external business teams. Andrew is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has City & Guilds and HNC Site Management, Building Studies and Surveying.
Richard Bryan
Commercial Director
Richard joined the Jack Lunn Group in 2002 and has over 20 years' experience within the construction industry. Within the business he has overall responsibility for the Surveying, Procurement and Estimating functions. He is responsible for commercial and contractual matters, offering advice and support to site teams and fellow members of the Board.
With BSc Quantity Surveying, he is well-versed in all forms of procurement, from standard JCT documentation through to bespoke forms of contract. Richard is known for his methodical and conscientious approach which is driven by his commitment to deliver best value to clients.
Helen Hann
Marketing Manager
Helen has worked in sales and marketing for over 10 years, the last six of which have been spent specialising in the construction and property development sectors. With strong industry contacts and detailed sector knowledge, Helen is responsible for the identification and acquisition of tender opportunities across the business.
She joined Jack Lunn Group as Marketing Manager in October 2006 and in addition to her business development responsibilities, Helen is also driving the corporate marketing and Group communications strategy forward.
