Constructed to an exceptionally high standard, this completion contract incorporated the design and construction of 9 Nr dwellings comprising three different houses types including:
4 Nr 2 bedroomed mews style townhouses
2 Nr 4 bedroomed semi detached houses with integral garages
3 Nr 5 bedroomed detached houses with double garages
Built in traditional brick to blend with the surrounding properties, features included UPVC double glazed windows, GRP wood grained finished doors, fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, fully fitted bathrooms, alarms, remote controlled doors to the properties with garages and block paved driveways. We installed state of the art gas fired boilers that return electricity to the national grid providing a rebate to the house owners.
The internal walls are lightweight block or timber stud with plasterboard finish. Decoration throughout is emulsion paint to walls and ceilings, gloss paint to woodwork and half height ceramic tiles on walls to wet areas. Floor finishes are carpet, chipboard or ceramic tile depending on location.
The external works comprised new pavings, parking areas, boundary timber fencing, drainage, landscaping and external services.
