The school’s capacity had previously been limited by its Victorian building, and so a brand-new junior school was required. We built a steel-framed, single-storey construction in two linked sections, with a new assembly hall, classrooms and teacher facilities. Upon completion, the staff and pupils were able to move into the new building while we extensively refurbished the two-storey Victorian building, creating modernised facilities including a new hall and nursery with under-floor heating, a resurfaced playground and car parking.
