This two-storey medical centre is built over 820 sq metres, with parking for 55 cars. A pharmacy, leased separately, resides at ground-floor level.
Since the completion of the project, the patient list and level of service provision have both grown rapidly. The client has agreed to extend the premises by some 230 sq metres, providing additional consulting and treatment rooms. Some remodelling of the existing building is planned, together with an extension to the pharmacy.
