Phase 1 of the business park on Canal Road, Bradford involved the development of a new, purpose-built distribution centre, including facilities for sales, warehousing, distribution and support services.
The project also included the construction of three new-build, self-contained, two- and three-storey office accommodation blocks, all built to the highest specification.
