The further development of the prestigious Canal Road Business Park, close to Bradford’s city centre, required the construction of two state-of-the-art office buildings, providing regional and national organisations with high-specification office accommodation.
The three-storey, steel-framed office blocks each provide approximately 10,000 sq ft of highly flexible open-plan office accommodation—with raised access floors, LG3-compatible lighting, and lift access. The buildings were designed to blend in seamlessly with existing units on the site, having traditional brick to the façade and pitched slate roofs.
