The design & build of a new eight-storey mixed-use scheme for a Leeds-based City Centre client featuring 100 high quality residential apartments with balconies, some of which are serviced apartments catering for corporate needs; and highly finished office accommodation suitable for multi-tenancy and undercroft car parking.
We constructed reinforced concrete foundations and the external walls comprised stone, brick, laser cladding and through coloured render. The roof structure uses a natural aluminium standing seam roofing system. We supplied and installed suspended ceilings through the whole of the office accommodation with a raised access flooring system. All internal core area walls were constructed in blockwork with a plaster finish and decorating throughout. The project included the installation of six lifts.
