The design & build of a new eight-storey mixed-use scheme for a Leeds-based City Centre client featuring 100 high quality residential apartments with balconies, some of which are serviced apartments catering for corporate needs; and highly finished office accommodation suitable for multi-tenancy and undercroft car parking.
The building faces the River Aire and took 100 weeks to complete. We constructed reinforced concrete foundations and the external walls comprised stone, brick, laser cladding and through coloured render. The roof structure uses a natural aluminium standing seam roofing system. We supplied and installed suspended ceilings through the whole of the office accommodation with a raised access flooring system. All internal core area walls were constructed in blockwork with a plaster finish and decorating throughout. The project included the installation of six lifts.
