This out-of-town development consists of 13,056 sq ft of office accommodation over three floors. The external facade was built using a reconstructed Yorkshire stone exterior and a slate-appearance hipped roof, while the interior was finished to a very high specification.
Details included stained timber window-frames and doors; entrance canopies; suspended ceilings; recessed lighting; gas-fired heating; fully tiled toilets; and high-quality floor coverings. We undertook extensive landscaping while retaining 44 parking spaces.
