A landmark project for Jack Lunn (Construction) Limited on the site of the old High Royds psychiatric hospital in the village of Menston, West Yorkshire. Set within 203 acres of parkland, the company was appointed to renovate several Grade II listed buildings to form 62 apartments with up to four bedrooms each. The site conversion adhered to strict planning controls which ensured that many original features remained.
Within the rural village, the project also included the construction of 42 new build apartments in two blocks. These apartments were entirely targeted towards the affordable housing market.
