This private residential development in the heart of Leeds City Centre offers 39 new build apartments plus a stable conversion to create a further two apartments.
The inner-city build required the use of a tower crane as the site was heavily restricted by the River Aire, adjacent office buildings and other residential apartments.
The 41 apartments are housed in three blocks over four and five floors; Block A consists of 15 units, Block B consists of 20 units including three penthouses with roof gardens and a further six units including the two basement stable conversions make up Block C.
All apartments offer an open plan living / dining area and a mixture of one or two bedrooms. The two-bedroom properties feature en-suites to the main bedroom. Original features were maintained in the stable conversions to meet strict planning regulations. All properties have a camera intercom system and each block is serviced by a lift.
The ground floor of the building is of steel frame construction and the upper four floors utilise timber frame construction. The external finishes are a mixture of cedar cladding, green copper cladding, timber frame cladding and traditional brick and block. Two courtyard parking areas were also provided.
