This very prestigious city-centre riverside development comprises 47 apartments over five storeys. The lower three floors offer 2-bedroomed apartments, while duplex penthouses feature on the upper two floors.
We dammed the River Aire in order to construct a complex retaining wall to support the new riverside walkway.
