Previously undeveloped land, this new development for Evans Homes consisted of 73 high-specification two-bedroomed apartments, featuring open-plan living areas, fully fitted kitchens, house bathrooms and master bedrooms with en-suites.
Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd carried out major earthworks followed by complex foundations comprising of pre-cast concrete piles, concrete pile caps and pre-cast concrete rising beams. The company offered a guaranteed maximum price for the sub structure works.
Traditionally construction in brick, block and render, the development comprises three blocks of 13, 15 and 45 apartments over two and three storeys. The project included hard and soft landscaping, with car parking.
