This private-sector client in Wetherby commissioned Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd to design and build nine four and five bedroomed houses. This prestigious development was in keeping with the surrounding local landscape and was completed to an exceptionally high standard with hand-made bricks and oak floors. Several of the new homes were designed with paddocks.
The success of this project led to the development of three barn conversions and seven new-build dwellings for the same client.
