Procured under a design and build form of contract, we constructed 19 new build houses over a 48 week contract period for this social housing organisation in Bradford. These 2.5 storey homes represent the fourth contract completed for the client, which consists of 4 five-bed 10 person homes, 14 four-bed 8 person homes and 1 three-bed 5 person home.
The buildings are constructed from artificial stone with concrete roof tiles, metal-faced doors to comply with ‘Secured by Design’ and stained facia boards. Two car parking spaces are allocated per plot. The scheme incorporated a rainwater harvesting system in line with the Very Good rating achieved under ECO Homes assessment.
