Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd was appointed through the client’s framework agreement to construct a range of new build two, three and four-bedroomed houses.
The houses were a mixture of two and three storeys high and were constructed on the site of an old school. Two of the houses were specifically developed to cater for people with disabilities.
